How It Works
The REIT Investing Accelerator includes five weeks of LIVE sessions, discussions, coaching sessions, research workshops, guides, templates, and bonuses all housed in our WealthBuilders App. Throughout each week, you will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals looking to generate additional cash flow from investing just like you. Every class, guide and resource for the program will live in your account. You can follow our 5 week framework, or you can move at your own pace.
We cannot guarantee results, however we can guarantee that we will show up and give you all the classes, knowledge and support needed to become a confident investor. The REIT Investing Accelerator is a 4-week program. We recommend that you follow our 4-week calendar and timeline. However, we do understand that life does happen. If you miss any of the live sessions, within 24 hours, the recording will be housed in the Table of Contents within your account.
If you do not want to move at the recommended 4- week pace, you can also complete the program and move at your own pace. This means that you can work as many or as little hours as your schedule allows you to.
A good rule of thumb would be to dedicate 1-2 hours per week watching the lessons. We’d then recommend another 2-3 hours where you can put what you’ve learned into action.
So, to be honest, it’s pretty much the same amount of time that most beginners spend in the “figuring-it-out” mode.

It’s also important to note that all sessions are being recorded, so even if you miss a session you can ask your questions ahead of time and watch it via replay.
Yes, there is. If you are unable to cover the full $600 upfront, you can opt-in to make two payments of $350. The first payment of $350 will be due upfront, and 14 days later, a final payment of $350 will be due.
